Short and sweet this week.
Whew! After not losing an ounce last week this week I dropped 2.2 - yay! I worried I had hit a plateau being just after two months into the FIT program. As my body adapts to my exercise routines and healthier eating habits, I need to find ways to melt the outer layers, if you will, as the muscle layers are toning up and firming. I'm increasing my calories to compensate for the additional workouts and I'm looking forward to what results the next few weeks will bring with these changes to my routine. In addition, I'm taking all 3 appetite suppressants at my scheduled times to stave off any hunger as my workouts are using up my energy sources (calories). They're really helping me to stay on track!
Also this week I filmed the 2nd interview on Good Day New Mexico. It airs Thursday, March 4 at 11am on KOB. Catch it if you can. They say a camera will add 10 pounds to your body - there were 3 in the studio. Regardless, I'm excited to see what the difference is from the 1st interview to the 2nd!
I thought I would throw in a "feel good" moment of the week: I was speaking with someone about some of the exercises we both do and she said I had "slender" legs. Me! With slender legs! Imagine! I wouldn't exactly call them slender (yet) but she warmed my little black heart.
Looking forward to working up a good sweat today!
